Telemarketer / Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Telemarketer/Customer Service Specialist to drive our growth initiatives and support the operations of Qurio’s flagship Learning Centre. You will have the opportunity to utilise your communication, influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills to accelerate the growth of Qurio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor and respond to customer requests for information and follow-up on lead enquiries from various social media and communication channels.
  • Qualify potential customers by asking screening questions.
  • Contact prospects to set appointments for trials lessons and campus tour.
  • Provide advice and suitable course information to parents and students in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers through multiple channels (e.g., online chat, messenger, email, phone.)
  • Set flags and follow-ups to ensure contact has been made with each lead.
  • Organise recalls for non-converting leads to ensure they remain within our sales pipeline.
  • Assist with student enrolment and onboarding process.
  • Prepare weekly lead reports for analysis and update Sales Enablement Kits and FAQs.
  • Support Centre Manager in other ad-hoc tasks including customer service and attending to customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised degree in Education, Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly-motivated self-starter, resourceful, and can work independently as well as in teams
  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results
  • Ability to adapt to challenges while maintaining a positive attitude and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly relational with the ability to connect with people and develop relationships quickly
  • Perform well in a team environment, well-respected and trusted
  • Highly organised and possesses great attention to detail
  • Possess a “hands-on” and “can do” attitude
  • Flexible with work schedule and hours that are based on business needs
  • Self-aware and reflective in both productivity and performance
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and work ethics
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Must be able to type in Traditional Chinese
  • Good understanding of the Hong Kong education system especially in early childhood education (ECE)
  • Passion and love for children and education
