School Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries
• Provide administrative support to Head Teachers and admissions
• Support data entry and reporting
• Maintain good home-school communication
• Offer helpful information to parents at all times
• Handle all round school administration such as procurement of office equipment, school supplies, snacks and booking coaches, outing venues, filing, office equipment maintenance, etc.
• Other administrative duties and special event projects

Job Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, cert / diploma holder preferred
• Positive attitude, energetic, good presentation skill and enjoys the surrounding of children
• Good English and Chinese speaking and writing skills
• Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
• Mature, confident team player and able to work under pressure in a busy school
• Previous working experience in education sector is a definite advantage
• Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
