Project Coordinator (Design & Visual Arts)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to generate creative ideas, prepare and follow up all related artwork
• Provide professional creative event design including backdrop graphic design and decorative items
• Follow up orders, quotations and sampling
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in design or related discipline
• Proficiency in design and software including Photoshop, AI, InDesign
• Familiarity with IT and website design
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Experience with output, printing and production process is an advantage
• Knowledge of event production experience preferred
