Course Instructor (one-year Consultancy Contract)

The Course Instructor is responsible for the externally funded project – “Empowering Ethnic Minority Youth for Employment – Early Childhood Care and Education for Non-Chinese Speaking Learners”.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training course for Early Childhood Development to Ethnic Minority Youth.
• Prepare learning materials, presentations, evaluation of the trainings.
• Support the team with developing and editing the project deliverables.
• Amend and revise the training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in education field is preferred.
• Solid experience in early childhood education with great attention to detail.
• Experience in supporting Ethic Minority students, preferably in the aspect of Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Chinese learning and development of learning materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, enthusiastic, highly motivated and outgoing personality;
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills,
• Able to work independently and multi-task, meet tight deadlines and is a good team player;
• Good communications skills in both English and Chinese
