Jing Jing Kindergarten (Tuen Mun Branch)

Jing Jing School Group was first found in 1969. We are operating both the child care centre and kindergartens in Hong Kong. We are looking for an Accounting Officer with qualification of Higher Diploma in Accountancy or higher.

Start Date – Immediately

Job Description:

Responsible for full set of accounting including accounting voucher processing and bank reconciliation

Handle HR administration including payroll process, MPF, taxation and staff contract

Preparing and following up different kinds of government funding application

Liaise with external auditor and prepare for the yearly EDB audit report

Supporting in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

At least 3 years related accounting experience is required (preferably in education field)

Mature, independent with strong analytical mind, high degree of initiative, Strong sense of responsibility, and well-organized

Able to interact effectively with different branches within the organization

Good sense of internal control, communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office applications in Chinese/English Word Processing, Excel

Good Command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Immediate available will be highly preferred

Working Location: Tuen Mun

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

License:

Higher diploma in Accountancy or above
